Chad V. Sorenson, SPHR, is the
President and founder of Adaptive HR Solutions,
LLC and has over 15 years of diverse business and human
resource experience.
Mr. Sorenson has worked with companies ranging in size from
5 to 5,000+
employees in industries such as consumer finance,
manufacturing, construction
support, healthcare, and professional services consulting.
Throughout his career Mr. Sorenson has dealt
with numerous HR situations ranging
from day to day employee relations to sexual harassment
charges; and a complete
HR department start up for rapidly a growing company to
downsizing and layoffs.
Mr.
Sorenson is a graduate of Morningside College in Sioux City,
Iowa. He is
certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
from the
HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
