About Adaptive HR Solutions

Adaptive HR Solutions was created to meet the Human Resource Management
needs of small to mid-sized companies. We provide human resource and business
solutions designed to maximize the efficiency and profitability of your business
through your company’s greatest asset – your employees. 

We provide as much or as little support as you need. Some companies want
reassurance that their policies and practices are in line with all of the HR laws
with which they must comply. Other companies want to set up an HR department
for the first time. Some just need "Supervisor 101" training sessions for their team
leaders and managers. What ever your need, we will adapt our solutions to meet
that need. 

Chad V. Sorenson, SPHRChad V. Sorenson, SPHR, is the President
and founder of Adaptive HR Solutions, LLC
and has over 15 years of diverse business
and human resource experience. 

Mr. Sorenson has worked with companies
ranging in size from 5 to 10,000+ employees
in industries such as consumer finance, manufacturing, construction support,
healthcare and professional services consulting.   

Throughout his career Mr. Sorenson has dealt
with numerous HR situations ranging from day
to day employee relations to leadership
training; and a complete HR department start
up for a rapidly growing company to downsizing
and layoffs. In addition, he has created a
college recruiting department for Witco
Corporation, a chemical manufacturer formerly
based in Connecticut; participated on the
steering committee for a worldwide transition
of the staffing function for Bombardier Inc.
based in Montreal, Canada; and served as the Process Owner/Project Champion for
numerous projects including: Human Resource department restructuring, HRIS software
implementations and development of performance appraisal systems.

Mr. Sorenson is also the Vice President of Operations and Co-Founder of Talent
Development, Inc., a company focused on performance management through
employee engagement. He is a graduate of Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa
and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the
HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
