Program Examples
Training programs are often structured as a series of interactive training sessions each lasting one to two hours, or more. The sessions are held at the convenience of our clients, but can occur once or twice per month over six to ten sessions. A boot camp of company-wide training sessions can be developed and presented annually for all new and potential managers.
In addition to a one-time training, here are some of the program structures used by our clients. Any of these can be adapted to your business needs, company size, goals, and availability. We will find the solution that is best for you.
2 Half-Days
A full day of training broken into 2 consecutive half days.
Monthly Meetings
Year-long program with monthly training sessions lasting 2 hours.
2 Day Training
2 Day intensive training designed to address known specific issues or develop leadership skills.
Company Retreat
Off-campus training available for management, spread over 1-3 days.
6 Months
12 Sessions in 6 months, held bi-weekly for senior managers.
1 Year
14 Sessions over a year or
2 half-day sessions held 4 times a year.
